The interior architecture process
Our architectural interior design service serves to elevate luxury spaces from the ground-up.
Each professional relationship starts with a discussion about how our Client wishes their home to look and feel, their preferred investment to the project and a timescale for the project completion.
Spatial planning
We begin with spatial planning to review the internal structural layout of the property, maximising its potential from both an aesthetic and functional perspective.
Flooring
We then share concept imagery to showcase floor plans and walk the Client through floor finishes, specifications and samples.
Lighting and power
Ceiling plans are the next stage of our interior architecture service, encompassing coffer setting layout, lighting troughs, drapery pockets and cornice projections; followed by a detailed lighting and power plan.
Our team has designed luxury country homes that are sympathetic to both characterful and modern living, utilising our carefully selected artisan suppliers and detailed specifications to curate comfortable and stylish high-end homes.
Interior detailing
Interior detailing incorporates doors, door furniture, cornice, skirting and architrave specifications; staircases and balustrades, fireplaces and sanitaryware.
Bathroom and kitchen design and joinery
Bathroom and kitchen plans form the next part of the architectural interior design process, with a focus on concept designs, elevations, samples, and bespoke joinery.
Decoration
Finally, the decorating schedule is created, detailing specific paint colours, wallpaper locations and master finishes. Every element of our interior architecture designs are then brought to life as stunning 3D visualisations.
