Our Services

We provide a comprehensive interior design service for a wide range of projects including bespoke new build homes, prestigious multi-dwelling developments, large refurbishment projects and luxury commercial interiors.

Our team has extensive experience working directly with private Clients and developers, in addition to working alongside property consultants, architects and industry specialists.

Our experience has led us to locations all over the country including Surrey, Berkshire, the Home Counties, London and internationally with projects completed in France, the Channel Islands and as far afield as Dubai.

Our Story

The L&C Company was born out of a friendship between Lucy Manchester-Anderson and Claire Grant which spans decades. They shared a love of interior design and a desire to run a business together.

The company started in 2005 when they gained an opportunity to create the interiors of a show home for a developer friend. Nothing was too much trouble for L&C to deliver their first project, they went out of their way to ensure the show home was exceptional for their Client and their dedication paid off.

Since then, the company and the L&C brand have grown steadily through word-of-mouth recommendations and repeat customer requests. Lucy and Claire and their team remain as obsessed with delivering excellence for their Clients as they were when The L&C Company first began.

Together, Lucy & Claire have created, and continue to nurture, a culture that is inspiring and supportive and in which their team flourishes. In this way, all their Clients are treated as if they were the first that ever worked with The L&C Company…albeit with a lot more experience!

Our Ethos

The company has thrived because of the expertise in the team and the importance placed on listening to our Clients’ wishes for the look and feel of their homes. We are genuinely interested in, and have the ability to deliver every detail of their personal brief in an imaginative way.

Our design journey is personal and collaborative, helping our Clients to realise their particular vision for their home and ensuring the whole experience is a pleasure.

Our team are talented experts and have been carefully selected for their genuine passion and ability, and mentored and inspired to ensure their love for Creating Luxurious Interiors continues and is apparent throughout every part of the process.

Exceptional teamwork and friendship are supported by excellent systems, exacting standards and exceptional training. L&C’s leadership focuses entirely on what is required to fulfil the promises they make to their Clients.
